Notes:
A single variety hop brew for Tilly's dad. Mini mash done on the grain pack and a larger volume boil (15 litre) in order to get higher hop utilisation. This worked very well and this is probably the hoppiest beer to date. Yeast pitched the day after boil to let it cool down. Forgot to take an original gravity measurement due to hot wort. Silly Stewart! Estimated as 1040.
A very nice drop, this will almost certainly be repeated. The Citra are a very fruity hop with some serious bitterness if you give them chance.
